Odyssey’s patented Tacky Wax is a specially formulated, non-drying wax that is excellent for adhering glass to itself or almost anything else. In the Odyssey system, Tacky Wax is melted and painted on the mold with a bristle paint brush to create a surface that glass will adhere to. When necessary, it can be used to prop glass pieces up on the mold by positioning small balls of wax under the pieces. It is also excellent for color composing on glass easels. Odyssey’s patented “Tacky Wax” method is a revolution in lampshade making. Tacky Wax is a non-drying adhesive that is melted and painted on the surface of the fiberglass mold. It will hold the glass pieces securely in place while you solder them together. With Tacky Wax you can even reposition and replace pieces for a perfectly assembled lamp. Half pound block.
